Managing Director

Scott’s career in recruitment spans over 30 years, with 26 of those being the Managing Director of Smalls Recruiting then Spinifex Recruiting. As Managing Director, Scott's main focus is ensuring Spinifex Recruiting's performance and quality is of a consistently high standard. Scott is a hands-on Director, building strong and sustainable relationships with all clients across City, Country & Coast.

Peter O'Donnell

Chairman

Peter has held a number of executive management positions over the past 38 years. These include senior roles in retail, I.T., mining and recruitment industries. Since 1994, Peter was CEO of GWS Personnel servicing inland NSW. He prides himself on the relationships that he builds with clients and his ability to understand and deliver services that complement clients’ business needs. Peter is currently Chairman of the Spinifex Group of Companies.

Jack Crumlin

Board Advisor

Jack is a chartered accountant with a strong background in corporate restructuring, turnaround and people leadership. Jack is one of Australia's leading executive coaches having worked with numerous leaders at various stages of their careers. His extensive business knowledge allows him to provide relevant pragmatic business advice in real time for his clients.
In addition to his consulting activity, Jack holds several advisory and formal board positions and has also held board positions including Board Advisor to Spinifex Recruiting.

Damien O'Donnell

Client Director

As a Recruitment professional, Damien is passionate about building relationships with individuals and organisations that are, or would like to be, connected to Regional NSW. Managing three teams across Regional NSW allows Damien to pursue this passion. As part of Damien's role, he also recruits for mid to senior roles in the Regional and Agribusiness markets.

Victoria Bila

Operations Director

Victoria is a passionate recruitment professional with over 24 years’ experience in the industry. She leads teams in Sydney and regionally in Newcastle, Orange, Bathurst, Wagga Wagga and Dubbo specialising in Commercial, State Government, Local Government, Community, Agribusiness, Renewable Energy. Across NSW/ACT she manages one of our largest contracts with NSW Government, the Prequalification Scheme 0007 Contingent Labour force and the Talent Acquisition Scheme 12 for NSW Government. In addition she is responsible for Human Resources, Quality Assurance and WHS Accreditation for Spinifex. She has a strong commitment to building solid, trusted relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues.

Andrew Egan

Group Manager - Operations

Andrew’s recruitment career spans 24 years, with the last 13 of these having been with Spinifex Recruiting. Currently heading up the Northern region from its head office in Byron Bay, Andrew is focussed on providing the Local Government, manufacturing, construction, community and renewable energy sectors with temporary and permanent recruitment solutions.

Andrew also leads our traffic services operation, Spinifex Traffic, providing manual traffic control services including operators, fully equipped traffic control vehicles and crews as well as traffic plans and sign hire to Local Government, construction and commercial clients across the entire Northern Rivers area.

In addition, Andrew is responsible for our position as an approved supplier under both the Local Government Procurement (LGP), HR (Permanent and Temporary placements and associated services) and Traffic management Services contracts.
