Anna-Lucia Mackay

​Anna-Lucia’s career spans 30 years working across most industries as a management consultant, leadership speaker and board director. She is a moderator and educator for Harvard Business School Publishing in leadership strategy, and the author of the global best selling book The Four Mindsets - how to influence, motivate and lead high performance teams. Formerly, Anna-Lucia worked within the staffing services sector in a range of leadership positions and as a consultant. She is passionate about service, ethics and professionalism and was the  co designer and writer of the first ever Australian government qualification for the industry.
