What you'll do:

  • Design and deliver innovative digital solutions that enhance customer experience.

  • Manage and continuously improve Council's 10+ websites and online environments.

  • Collaborate across teams to ensure web content is accurate, accessible and user-friendly.

  • Lead digital projects and manage third-party systems and vendors.

  • Use analytics and insights to drive smarter, data-based improvements.

What we're looking for:

  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (OpenCities or SharePoint ideal), HTML and CSS.

  • Strong project management skills and a customer-focused mindset.

  • A knack for solving problems, improving processes and staying ahead of digital trends.

  • Experience with Google's suite of digital tools and a solid grasp of accessibility standards (WCAG).
