About the position:

The Warehouse Dispatch Officer is a diverse role that includes receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organising and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Lots of Forklift work, operating brand new, state of the art forklifts in a huge, well lit and roomy warehouse.

This small, busy team works across 2 shifts - day shift 6:00am to 2:30pm and afternoon shift 12pm to 8:30pm Monday to Friday.

Duties include

• Working in a small team to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and deadlines are met on a daily basis
• receiving and processing incoming stock and materials,
• picking and filling orders from stock,
• packing and shipping orders, or managing, organising
• retrieving stock in the warehouse.

About you

• Current forklift licence ESSENTIAL
• Experience loading and unloading trucks using a forklift
• Year 12 education or relevant work experience is preferred. The role requires this standard of reading and maths skills
• Sound computer and data entry skills
• Some experience and knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations would be desirable
• Willing to complete a Pre Employment medical and national Police Check
