Our client is Kingston Resources, an ASX-listed copper and gold producer and developer, proudly operating the Mineral Hill Mine located 65km from Condobolin in Central West NSW. To facilitate their commitment to staff training and development, Mineral Hill is seeking a passionate Trainer Assessor to help build and shape the future of their workforce.
Mineral Hill has exciting development plans including current open pit operations, a return to Underground mining over the next 12-18 months, a TSF upgrade currently in progress and a number of high potential exploration targets within the mining lease.
About the Role
Reporting to the Health Safety & Training Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment across our operations, site wide - including production, processing and exploration.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training packages in collaboration with the Health, Safety & Training Manager
Conduct on-the-job training and assessments to industry standards
Maintain accurate training records and skills matrices
Coordinate with supervisors to maximise training opportunities
Operate and train on mining and processing equipment

About You
We're looking for a motivated and people-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic mining environment.
You'll need:
a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Advanced First Aid certification
Current driver's licence
Strong mining operations experience
Proven ability to train, assess, and coordinate effectively
