We are seeking experienced Traffic Controllers to direct on-site operations and help maintain safety on roads and work sites across Northern NSW.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise traffic control operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Direct vehicle and pedestrian movement around construction zones and roadwork sites.
• Set up, maintain, and pack down traffic management signage and equipment.
• Liaise with clients, site crews, and authorities to maintain safe, efficient traffic flow.
• Enforce traffic control protocols and respond to site conditions in real-time.

What We're Looking For:

• NSW Traffic Controller (TCR) Ticket + Implement Traffic Control Plans (IMP) Ticket
• White Card (General Construction Induction)
• Prior experience in traffic control implementation
• PPE (long pants, steel-cap boots, hard hat, brimmed hat)
• 5-watt radio & traffic control bat
• Manual driver's license (essential)
• Situated in Northern Rivers

Work across the Tweed Coast, Byron Bay, and Lismore regions, supporting major infrastructure, road maintenance, and construction projects.
