About the role

A very hands-on role in guiding & assisting a team of around 18 members - allocating duties, overseeing & evaluating their performance and nurturing a strong sense of collaboration and morale. You will be vital to the management team and crucial to the success of their growth strategy.



Duties

• Recruiting, Delegating, coaching, training & rostering of staff
• Work on the floor as needed in times of absences or high workload
• Managing customer complaints with the aim to minimise
• Documenting policies & procedures
• Continuous improvement where required
