This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented undergraduate pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering. The student will assist with technical tasks such as drafting, data analysis, site inspections, and report preparation, while gaining hands-on experience in areas such as road and pavement design, flood analysis and drainage design, traffic and transport planning, environmental systems, and construction management.



Position Qualifications:

This position would be most suitable for an individual studying towards a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar. Additionally, it would suit an individual with an understanding of engineering principles and awareness of the total life cycle of an engineering asset, its intended design and the maintenance systems required.



Relevant Experience:

• Experience using tools like Microsoft Office, Project, Excel for Gantt charts and timelines.
• Familiarity with a spatial software (like QGIS) would be advantageous, and drafting software (AutoCAD or similar)
• Experience in preparing engineering reports
