We're partnering with a national construction and resilience services business that plays a key role in supporting communities before, during and after major events. They deliver rapid, reliable and innovative solutions across small-scale commercial, residential and civil projects - with a strong modular focus. Known for their collaborative approach and commitment to community impact, they work closely with government, councils and other partners to help rebuild and strengthen regional areas. This is a travelling Supervisor role where no two days (or locations) will be the same.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervising day-to-day site activities across NSW, with occasional travel to QLD (and rarely VIC).
• Working on both reactive (disaster recovery) and structured (BAU) projects.
• Overseeing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure safe, quality project delivery.
• Promoting strong HSEQ practices and compliance on site.
• Managing site performance, reporting and stakeholder communication.

What We're Looking For

• Trade qualified (carpentry, plumbing, electrical or similar).
• Builder's licence highly regarded but not essential.
• Fully flexible and willing to travel at short notice.
• Professional, polished and well presented.
• A quick thinker who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
