Your role as Senior Manager Creative: Art Direction & Design exists so they can bolster their ability to continue delivering such amazing initiatives.

Supported across the marketing department by exceptional teams in Digital, Brand, Service Delivery, Content Planning & Communications.

Motivated to support others, humility and passionate about our client's mission, coupled with your strong technical design capability, will result in successful outcomes from this role. You'll have a demonstrable and available portfolio in art direction and design, and be given the freedom to either lead conceptually or leverage existing agency support in this particular area.

Emotional maturity will be a major plus in this leadership role where you'll be reporting directly to the Executive General Manager Marketing & Fund raising, while collaborating with like-minded individuals in a cross-functional department, all striving towards common goals.

Essential requirements for success in this role include (behaviours, skills and knowledge):

  • ability to lead, engage and inspire a passionate team through clear decision making
  • relates well to a range of people with sound listening and problem-solving skills
  • displays emotional maturity and resilience
  • 10+ years' experience driving the development and implementation of creative executions aligned to brand and marketing strategies
  • strong capability and experience in design and content creation
  • experience managing a small team of skilled creative marketing professionals for superior performance (two direct reports with cross functional support from other areas within the marketing team)
  • proven organisational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritise workloads and produce high quality work while meeting deadlines and budgets
  • tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or related discipline (i.e. design)
  • strong digital marketing experience across multiple channels
  • NFP or cause related management experience (for-purpose)
