The Role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be a pivotal member of the Sales & Marketing team. Your mission is to balance the retention of a loyal existing customer base with the aggressive pursuit of new business opportunities throughout Central Victoria.

Team Collaboration: Act as a natural leader, encouraging the development of sales support and depot team members across various locations.
What You'll Need
Proven Experience: A strong track record in business development with both SME and large regional or national customers. A drivers license is essential and the ability to travel in regional Victoria is requirement (with some overnight stays required).
- Analytical Mindset: The ability to interpret financial results, analyze competition, and understand key business drivers.
- Problem Solving: Excellent conflict management skills and the ability to make sound decisions that enhance business value.
- Relationship Skills: Demonstrated expertise in influencing external parties and utilizing CRM tools.
- Industry Knowledge: While not essential, knowledge of the Australian fuels and lubricants market is highly desirable.
A competitive salary package is offered plus a modern 4WD vehicle, laptop, phone, and other valuable benefits. Training and support from regional management and head office provided.
