What You'll Be Responsible For
Run your shift end-to-end, people, plant and performance
Drive throughput and recovery while maintaining strong safety standards
Make confident decisions in real time
Lead pre-starts, coach your team and set clear expectations
Coordinate maintenance and minimise downtime
Build a strong, capable and accountable team

Someone who takes ownership and backs their decisions
What You'll Bring
Strong background in processing plant operations
Solid understanding of plant circuits and performance
Leadership experience, formal or informal
Ability to balance safety, people and production
