About the Operation

Join a well-backed underground base metals operation in regional NSW, currently moving through an exciting restart phase.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Run your shift end-to-end, people, plant and performance

  • Drive throughput and recovery while maintaining strong safety standards

  • Make confident decisions in real time

  • Lead pre-starts, coach your team and set clear expectations

  • Coordinate maintenance and minimise downtime

  • Build a strong, capable and accountable team

  • Already mentoring, coaching or guiding others on shift

  • Someone who takes ownership and backs their decisions

What You'll Bring

  • Strong background in processing plant operations

  • Solid understanding of plant circuits and performance

  • Leadership experience, formal or informal

  • Ability to balance safety, people and production
