Process Technician / Plant Operator - Experienced Only | FIFO or DIDO

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Process Technicians to join the team at a silver, lead, and zinc mine near Cobar, NSW. This is not an entry-level role. Only candidates with proven flotation or mineral processing experience will be considered.

You'll work a 7/7 lifestyle roster with FIFO flights from Sydney or DIDO options for NSW-based candidates. Accommodation and meals are provided.

Must-Have Experience

• Minimum 2+ years experience in mineral processing (base metals preferred)

• Hands-on experience operating and monitoring flotation circuits

• Strong knowledge of safety standards and plant operating procedures

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimise processing performance
