Applications are being sought for employment as part of the transition to open pit mining at Mineral Hill Mine, 65km north of Condobolin in NSW. Owned by Kingston Resources, Mineral Hill is building an empowered and collaborative workplace built on a foundation of mutual trust and respect - a workplace that values safety, continuous improvement, innovation, and creativity.

All roles are residential, FIFO IS NOT SUPPORTED.

Accommodation is available.

Mineral Hill has a number of positions in their ore processing team. Looking for experience in the following areas:

  • CIL process plant operation

  • Flotation

  • Crushing/Grinding

  • Laboratory Technician


  • Competitive hourly rate, permanent positions

  • Roster - 7/7 days and nights

  • Residential positions - be home every night or DIDO support available (capped at 400km each way)

  • Accommodation available

  • Transport provided to and from Condobolin to site each shift

  • Work Environment - a high performing and friendly crew, strong safety focus

  • Training and Development - option for Certificate III in Resource Processing

Desirable qualifications

  • Previous mine site experience in processing operations preferred

  • Industrial or manufacturing plant operation experience will be considered

  • Self-motivated, strong team player

Legal Requirements:

  • Current work rights in Australia - Must be perm resident or citizen

  • Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical and Drug Screen

  • Provide National Police Check (within last 6 months)

  • Provide current Driver's License
