7/7 Roster - Day & Night Shift

Spinifex Recruiting is seeking local Dewatering Plant Technicians / Trade Assistants to join our client's team in Blayney. This is a casual, ongoing role with consistent hours on a 7/7 rotating roster across day and night shift.

About the Role:
This role supports the maintenance and operations teams with dewatering and general site duties. Typical responsibilities include:

• Assisting fitters and operators with plant maintenance tasks

• Operating and maintaining pumps, lines, and valves

• Relocating and setting up dewatering equipment

• Conducting inspections and reporting faults

• Safely operating forklifts and site vehicles

What We're Looking For:

• Must live within approx. 1 hour of Blayney, NSW

• Current Forklift Licence (essential)

• Mechanically minded and physically fit

• Previous experience in dewatering, maintenance, or trade assistance (preferred)

• Reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable with day and night shift work

• Current Driver's Licence and ability to meet site access requirements
