We're seeking experienced Plant Operators for upcoming local council projects across civil, quarry, and waste operations. This is an excellent chance to secure steady work with the potential to move into long-term or even permanent council employment.

About the role:
As part of a hands-on crew, you'll operate a range of council plant and equipment including:

• Front End Loader
• Backhoe
• Excavator
• Roller

While plant operation will form the majority of your work, it's important to note that there will be times when you'll need to jump on the shovel or assist with general labouring tasks. We're looking for team players who are physically fit, adaptable, and happy to lend a hand wherever needed.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience operating the above plant machinery
• Current tickets
• HR or MR driver's licence (highly regarded)
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
• Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills
• Full working rights in Australia (sorry, no working holiday visas)
