Mineral Hill Mine, near Condobolin NSW is seeking a Plant Metallurgist to drive day to day operational and metallurgical performance at its processing plant, playing a key role in the site's ongoing development and success.
What You'll Be Doing
Assist and mentor the processing and laboratory teams
Drive safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement culture
Provide technical support to plant operations and metallurgical testwork
Identify and implement plant optimisation projects
Manage metallurgical accounting systems and lab functions
Support commissioning and operational readiness of plant expansions
Act as delegate for the Senior Metallurgist when required
What You'll Bring
Degree in Metallurgy or related field
Experience in plant operations and base metal flotation (Pb/Cu/Zn preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a small, dynamic team
Experience in commissioning and operational readiness highly regarded
