The position of People and Culture Manager is a key leadership role supporting the Inverell Plant Manager (General Manager) and the broader departmental management team with high-level people, culture, and human resources advice, in line with Law, Regulation, and Policy. The position reports to the Head of People and Culture and is supported by six direct reports including generalist HR, and training, injury management, and return to work specialist staff.
