We're seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to join the team at Moxey Farms, Gooloogong. This is an on-farm, people-focused role where you'll build relationships, support leaders and help shape a positive workplace culture. Ideal for an experienced HR generalist or a bright, motivated early-career professional looking for a meaningful next step.

The Opportunity

As part of the P&C team, you'll provide practical, on-the-ground support across the employee life cycle. Your day will include engaging with teams, attending toolbox meetings and helping managers keep things running smoothly. This role will provide an opportunity to develop your knowledge in people systems & practices, supported by experienced and capable team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships across on-farm teams
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
  • Assisting with scheduling, hours, leave and general P&C administration
  • Supporting safety, well being and cultural initiatives

About You

We welcome applicants across a range of experience levels, including:

  • HR/P&C professionals with generalist or advisor experience, or
  • Recent graduates with excellent people skills and a desire to learn

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, positive approach
  • Confidence engaging with people at all levels
  • Ability to manage sensitive conversations
  • Good organisation and attention to detail
  • Initiative and willingness to learn
  • HR or WHS knowledge (desirable)
  • Agriculture background (advantageous)
