Spinifex Recruiting are seeking experienced operators to join the Day Services team at a major mining operation near Cobar NSW. These are ongoing, long-term roles offering immediate starts and the opportunity to transition to permanent employment.

Working on a 7/7 day shift roster, you'll play a key role in supporting site haulage, logistics and concentrate operations across the surface areas of the mine.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate Truck & Dog, Loaders, ITs and Forklifts to support site operations

• Safely haul and manage materials, ore and concentrate around site

• Perform pre-start inspections and ensure equipment is maintained to standard

• Maintain communication with supervisors and logistics teams

• Uphold a strong commitment to safety, teamwork and performance

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience operating mobile plant in mining, civil or quarry environments

• Current MC licence or higher (essential)

• Valid tickets or VOCs for Loader, IT or Forklift operation

• Strong commitment to safety and site procedures

• Reliable, proactive and able to work effectively in a team

• Ability to pass full pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
