7/7 Roster - Day & Night Shift | Orange NSW | Local Role

Spinifex Recruiting is currently seeking experienced Moxy Operators to join our client's team at a major mining operation in the Central West. These are casual, ongoing roles offering consistent hours on a 7/7 rotating roster across both day and night shift.

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Moxy dump trucks, supporting haulage, earthworks, and general site operations.

Equipment includes CAT 777, 793 and other large mining fleet.

Key Duties:

• Operate Moxy and other haul trucks safely and efficiently
• Follow haul plans, load and dump procedures, and traffic management systems
• Conduct pre-start inspections and complete basic maintenance checks
• Work closely with supervisors and other operators to maintain production targets
• Always adhere to site safety standards and procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience operating Moxy or haul trucks in mining or civil environments
• Competent ticketed operator (RII or VOC required)
• Strong focus on safety, awareness, and communication
• Reliable and capable of working both day and night shifts
• Current Driver's Licence and ability to meet site access requirements
• Applicants must reside or have their own accommodation in Orange Region
