Location: Murwillumbah, NSW
Type: Permanent Full-Time
Shifts: Rotating 3-shift roster (Mornings, Afternoons, Nights)
Salary Package: $100-110k base + 10% bonus + shift allowance + super

As they enter an exciting new chapter of growth and innovation, they are looking for a skilled and passionate Mechanical Fitter to help keep the heart of our Murwillumbah brewery pumping.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the go-to person on shift for preventative maintenance, breakdowns, and equipment reliability across the production and packaging lines. Reporting to the Production Shift Lead, you'll play a crucial role in keeping the beer flowing and the good times rolling.

Your responsibilities include:

• Carrying out routine and reactive maintenance on high-speed bottling and canning lines
• Performing overhauls and fault-finding across a range of mechanical systems
• Working on equipment including:
• Can/bottle fillers & sealers
• Labellers & data coders
• Conveyor systems
• Pumps, valves, gearboxes, compressors
• Cooling systems and Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems
• Collaborating with electricians, engineers, and fellow fitters across shifts
• Getting involved in continuous improvement projects and innovation trials
• Supporting a safe, clean, and people-first workplace

What You'll Bring

• Cert III Mechanical Fitter (or equivalent trade)
• Strong experience in production, manufacturing, or process plant environments
• Sharp mechanical troubleshooting and overhaul skills
• Proven ability to work autonomously on shift with high attention to detail
• A practical, team-oriented approach and clear communication style
