We're currently seeking dedicated and skilled Mechanics to fill multiple positions, offering an exciting opportunity to work with local council, with even the potential for permanent placement later in the year.

We are open to applicants Australia wide with the Council Depot just a short trip from the Beaches and Hinterland of the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers.

Your new role involves conducting general maintenance and repair tasks on a diverse range of council vehicles including an exciting range of light to heavy machinery.



To embark on this exciting journey, we seek individuals with the following qualifications and attributes:

• Possession of relevant Trade Certificates
• Experience in plant maintenance and/or mechanical expertise
• Experience in vehicle 12/24V electrical systems and advantage
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues promptly
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team
• White card certification
