What You'll Be Doing

Marketing & Content

  • Design and deliver standout marketing materials and digital content.
  • Build online presence through engaging social media updates.
  • Support the creation of tenders, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Pull together case studies and capability statements that tell a story.
  • Help coordinate corporate events, expos, and client functions.

Executive Support

  • Manage diaries, inboxes, and priorities for the Director of New Business.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and appointments.
  • Draft reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in marketing, communications, or business support.
  • Skilled in Canva and MS Office; Adobe or similar design tools a bonus.
  • Confident writer and editor with strong formatting skills.
  • Super organised, proactive, and thrives under pressure.
  • A people-person who communicates with warmth and professionalism.
