At the same time, you'll work closely with the Director of New Business, providing top-notch executive support to keep things running smoothly at a strategic level. Think of it as a career with real impact - blending creativity, communications, and executive exposure in the dynamic world of construction.
What You'll Be Doing

- Design and deliver standout marketing materials and digital content.
- Build online presence through engaging social media updates.
- Support the creation of tenders, proposals, and client presentations.
- Pull together case studies and capability statements that tell a story.
- Help coordinate corporate events, expos, and client functions.
Executive Support
- Manage diaries, inboxes, and priorities for the Director of New Business.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and appointments.
- Draft reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in marketing, communications, or business support.
- Skilled in Canva and MS Office; Adobe or similar design tools a bonus.
- Confident writer and editor with strong formatting skills.
- Super organised, proactive, and thrives under pressure.
- A people-person who communicates with warmth and professionalism.
Why?
- A chance to grow your career in a respected and expanding construction business.
- A role that balances creativity with professional growth - no two days will be the same.
- Exposure across marketing, events, and executive support.

✨ This is a role for someone who wants to make their mark - blending design, communication, and organisational skills in a company that's going places.
