What you'll be doing:

As a valued member of the Finance team, you will play a central role in delivering accurate, reliable, and timely financial information.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting month‑end close processes and reporting cycles
• Assisting with the preparation of management and board‑level reporting
• Managing and reconciling key balance sheet accounts
• Contributing to the control and reporting of company tax balances
• Assisting in the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Enhancing processes, controls, and finance systems
• Building effective working relationships with operational teams across the farm network

About you:

You're a capable and motivated accountant who enjoys problem‑solving and contributing to a high‑quality finance function. You'll thrive in this role if you're someone who likes connecting operational activity with financial outcomes.

We're looking for:

• Tertiary qualifications and CA or CPA accreditation
• Experience in management accounting or a similar financial role
• A strong work ethic and professional approach
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
• A willingness to learn the agricultural/commodities environment (previous experience is a bonus, not a requirement)
