As part of the transition to open pit mining at Mineral Hill Mine, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Maintenance Planner. Mineral Hill is located 65km north of Condobolin NSW. All roles are residential, FIFO IS NOT SUPPORTED.

About the role

The Maintenance Planner provides maintenance planning and scheduling for all mobile and fixed plant including parts inventory management services. Reporting directly to the Manager of Assets and Operational Projects, you will work with the maintenance team to manage DIMO Work Management Stages to ensure maximum efficiency and asset performance.

Specific duties include but are not limited to:

• Manage the repairable stock processes and the repair of component to be returned to stock
• work with maintenance and operations staff to develop an optimum level of spare parts
• Prepare cost estimates, raise purchase orders and liase with suppliers, contractors and service providers
• scheduling rectification work as required
• facilitate review meetings as required for Work Management, Statutory compliance and Defect rectification

Required skills/experience

• Self-motivated, strong team player
• Trade qualifications plus prior relevant planning experience
• Sound knowledge of CMMS and MS Office
• SAP, Pronto or relevant systems experience an advantage
• Strong people, communication and influencing skills

Legal Requirements

• Current work rights in Australia
• Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical and Drug Screen
• Provide National Police Check (within last 6 months)
• Provide current Driver's License
