About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Industrial Electrician to join a high-performing maintenance team in a modern, fast-paced production environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing equipment, minimising downtime, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical, control, and communication systems across the site.
This is a hands-on role working closely with production teams, requiring strong fault-finding capability and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical, control, and communication faults
- Perform installation and wiring in line with AS/NZS3000 standards
- Provide breakdown and emergency maintenance support
- Complete preventative and scheduled maintenance activities
- Interpret schematics, PLC programs, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and system upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food manufacturing standards
- Collaborate with production teams to optimise equipment performance
- Supervise contractors and ensure safe work practices on-site
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- NSW Electrical Licence (essential)
- Certificate III in Electrical / Electrotechnology or equivalent
- Experience with industrial automation systems such as PLCs, VSDs, conveyors, or robotics
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Experience with systems such as Rockwell, Siemens, or Allen Bradley (highly regarded)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to safety
