This operation spans 40,000 acres and forms part of a progressive mixed farming enterprise. About the Role

This is a hands‑on leadership position responsible for overseeing the livestock program and contributing to a high‑quality beef breeding enterprise. You will work closely with the Farm Manager and Group Management while managing daily livestock operations.

You will be involved in:

• Managing 3,000 head of cattle, including a 1,000‑breeder herd
• Supporting stud bull development and breeding programs
• Implementing advanced breeding techniques, such as embryo transfer and AI
• Working within modern cattle handling facilities for safe and efficient operations
• Contributing to grass‑fed beef production for supermarket markets
• Supporting dairy‑related livestock programs (Angus‑cross Friesians)
• Quality on‑farm housing is provided.

About You

You will bring:

• Strong cattle handling and breeding experience
• Knowledge of stud registration and supplementary feeding
• Broadacre farming experience (advantageous)
