Shifts: Between 7AM-12PM & 3PM-6PM

About the Role

We are looking for swim instructors who specialize in teaching babies & toddlers OR individuals with experience working with babies (e.g., childcare, early education, healthcare) who are eager to become swim teachers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

✅ Delivering engaging and structured Learn to Swim (LTS) classes for Babies & infants ✅ Setting up and packing down your teaching area
✅ Encouraging water confidence and safety in a fun, supportive environment
✅ Promoting LTS programs and special events to boost community participation
✅ Ensuring the safety and supervision of all class participants

What We're Looking For

💙 A genuine passion for working with babies & children previous experience in this is key
💙 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
💙 Working with Children Check (WWCC)
💙 Availability to work flexible shifts, Monday to Saturday

Highly Regarded (but not essential!):

✔️ Swimming & Water Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)
✔️ Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics qualification
✔️ Previous experience working with babies or toddlers (ideally in swim teaching but would consider, childcare, early learning, healthcare, nannying)
