Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for delivering innovative solutions? We're looking for two Technology Officers to join our client's dedicated Technology and Information team.

As a key member of the team, you'll provide high-level technical support for the maintenance and development of our client's digital infrastructure and cloud computing services. You'll play a critical role in supporting organisation-wide technology needs, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 3rd level technical support and resolve operational support issues.

• Design, implement, and maintain digital infrastructure, including cloud services.

• Manage Microsoft technologies: Windows Servers, Azure, O365, SQL Server, desktop operating systems.

• Support virtual environments, networking (WAN, switches), SAN storage, firewalls, and backup systems.

• Participate in projects, scoping, implementing, and providing thorough documentation and user training.

• Contribute to ITIL best practice processes, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes.

About You:

• A tertiary qualification in IT (or equivalent experience) and a current driver's licence.

• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure, O365, Windows Server, SQL Server, and related technologies.

• Strong knowledge of virtualised technologies, WANs, networking, and cloud computing.

• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer-focused outcomes.
