Spinifex Recruiting are seeking an ICT Technician for our Mining Client in Parkes NSW

Their ICT team is responsible for the organisation's technical, functional and information management business processes.

About the role:

  • You will be the first point of contact for customer ICT incident requests & information
  • Responsible for 2nd level technical support and attending the service desk
  • Configuration, maintenance & developing server, network & infrastructure improvements
  • Maintaining security & workflow within a SAP environment
  • Active directory administration & face to face incident management
  • Working Monday to Friday - 9 day/fortnight roster
  • Flexible working arrangements

About you:

  • Qualifications and/or experience in an IT or Telecommunications discipline
  • Certification in Microsoft 365 & SAP experience - advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal & written skills
  • Proven ability to demonstrate problem solving using initiative & flexibility
  • Must pass a pre-employment medical and police check
