✔️ Handling employee relations, conflict resolution & disciplinary actions
✔️ Coordinating performance management (goal-setting, reviews, feedback)
✔️ Conducting training & development initiatives
✔️ Ensuring compliance with employment laws & regulations

What makes YOU stand out?
✅ 2+ years' experience in Human Resources and/or Recruitment
✅ Exceptional communication & problem-solving skills
✅ A positive attitude that adapts to change
✅ Strong MS Office skills
