✔️ Maintaining employee records & HR databases
✔️ Supporting employees with HR-related guidance
✔️ Handling employee relations, conflict resolution & disciplinary actions
✔️ Coordinating performance management (goal-setting, reviews, feedback)
✔️ Conducting training & development initiatives
✔️ Ensuring compliance with employment laws & regulations
