We're currently on the lookout for adept professionals in the Human Resources domain. If you're a seasoned HR professional seeking new avenues for growth, we invite you to get registered with us! We currently have multiple contracts (perm/fixed term and casual) available in Lismore and Casino.
Are you the perfect candidate? You have experience in some (or all) of the following:
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Managing recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing
Administering new starters onboarding
Maintaining employee records and HR databases
Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
Handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Coordinating performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
Conducting training and development initiatives for employees
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
Key attributes we are looking for:
2 years+ of experience in Human Resources
Exceptional communication & problem-solving capabilities
A positive attitude adaptable to changing situations
Strong experience with MS Office
Availability to commence within 4 weeks
Two recent professional references
