In this role, you will:
- Partner with leadership teams to provide HR guidance on organisational strategy and workforce planning
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Advise on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace compliance
- Support performance management by coaching managers on feedback and development plans
- Lead change management initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Help design and implement HR policies and programs that align with the organisation's objectives
- Work collaboratively to ensure the smooth execution of talent management, recruitment, and succession planning
What we're looking for:
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for people and organisational development
- Proven experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role or similar strategic HR position
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
