An opportunity exists for an experienced Grain Mill Operator to join the business with a focus on the day to day operations of the grain mill, ensuring the production, quality and safety targets are achieved.

Responsibilities Include:

• Day to day monitoring milling operations to achieve production plan and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular testing during production to ensure correct standards and targets are being achieved.
• Submitting daily, and weekly reports on production rates, yields and safety/quality objectives.
• Assist with the forecasting of production, safety & quality objectives
• Assist with preventative maintenance scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, procedures, and WHS guidelines

The successful candidate will have:

• 2 years minimum experience as a senior miller in a grain milling production facility.
• Milling Certification or similar
• A team based approach to work
• Solid computer skills
• A comprehensive understanding in Quality Assurance requirements
• An understanding of WHS requirements for manufacturing.
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
