The Client

Our client is located on a beautiful macadamia and avocado farm set high in the Ballina-Byron hinterland. They are committed to innovation, continuous improvement and building strong relationships through inclusive employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

The Role

Play an integral part in the quality assurance and production line of our client's day to day operations. Learn how to grade and pack fruits like custard apples and avocados as well as dehusking and sorting macadamias on site.

No prior experience is required to thrive in this environment, all training and support is provided to help you succeed!

IMPORTANT: Essential Requirements to be successful in this role

• Fluent English
• Full Australian Working Rights
• Licence and reliable vehicle
• Willingness to undergo a Federal Police Check ($47)
• Willingness to undergo a NDIS Worker Check ($80)
• Stable accomodation in the Northern Rivers

NOTE: These costs will be reimbursed if you are successful and commence in the role.
