Spinifex Recruiting is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced people for a permanent role in Warehouse operations in the Parkes region. Stable growing company, permanent Monday to Friday role on permanent afternoon shift (12pm to 830pm). Must have current ticket and sound experience with Forklift operations.

About the job

You will mainly be responsible for assisting with the receipting of incoming materials, and assembly and co-ordination of stock for the distribution of orders.

• Working in a small team to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and deadlines are met on a daily basis
• receiving and processing incoming stock and materials,
• picking and filling orders from stock,
• packing and shipping orders,
• retrieving stock in the warehouse.

About you

• Year 12 education or relevant work experience. The role requires this standard of reading and maths skills
• Current forklift licence and experience operating a forklift is essential.
• Sound computer and data entry skills
• Some experience and knowedge of inventory and warehouse operations is desirable
• Commitment to safe work practices

Above all, you will be enthusiastic, willing to learn and have good attention to detail, combined with great communication skills and an ability to manage your time.
