Spinifex Recruiting are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join a major mining operation near Cobar NSW. This is a hands-on, day shift only role, working a 7/7 roster on a well-established site with excellent facilities, supportive leadership, and ongoing opportunities for the right person.

You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, equipment and loading and unloading concentrate on site. This position suits someone confident operating high-capacity forklifts in a heavy industrial or mining environment.

What we're looking for:

• Current Forklift Licence

• Proven experience operating large-capacity forklifts for container or concentrate handling

• Ability to work safely around heavy machinery and mobile plant

• Reliable, proactive and team-oriented attitude

• Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
