Financial Accountant | Property Portfolio

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to make an impact in a meaningful industry? Our client is seeking a dedicated Financial Accountant to ensure financial integrity and efficiency across their property portfolio.

This is a critical role responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant accounting support, managing day-to-day financial activities, and providing key insights to operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be the backbone of property financial operations, focusing on:

  • Financial Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare operational budgets and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Reconciliations & Settlements: Manage service fees and recurrent charge reconciliations, ensuring settlements are accurate and timely.

  • Intercompany Management: Conduct reconciliations between Operational and Management entities.

  • Capex & Compliance: Track capital expenditure and maintain audit-ready documentation to ensure compliance with all accounting standards.

  • Operational Support: Resolve financial discrepancies and contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes.

Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Progress toward CA or CPA accreditation (preferred).

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting or finance including reporting, budgeting, and analysis.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
