Are you passionate about agricultural and looking for a hands-on role in a supportive team environment? RD Millner Pastoral is seeking a Farm Hand to join their team and assist with various duties across their properties in the Gooloogong/Woodstock region. This role provides a unique opportunity to work approximately 30 km west of Cowra, spanning four properties totalling 4,700 acres.

The successful candidate will be someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. They will assist in a range of tasks without the need for management responsibilities, allowing them to gain valuable experience in a farming environment.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Participate in cattle care and execute daily farming tasks under supervision.
• Assist with various aspects of farm operations to contribute to overall efficiency.
• Adhere to the company's Workplace Health & Safety program, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Support irrigation, crop maintenance, and machinery operations as directed.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals.

Preferable Criteria:

• Interest in animal welfare and low-stress stock handling techniques
• Desire to gain experience in hay production.
• Ability to operate farm machinery and willingness to learn mechanical skills.
• Basic knowledge of fencing techniques.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well within a team.
• Chemcert Certificate and HR Truck license are desirable but not essential.
