Our client, a passionate owner of an exceptional agricultural enterprise, is seeking a dedicated and skilled manager to oversee the running of Glenmore, a stunning 8,000-acre property situated in Muttama, NSW, just 15 kms from Cootamundra. Glenmore is a key asset within a larger farming operation that spans the Southern Highlands and the Riverina.

About the Property:

Glenmore is a prime example of agricultural excellence, currently managing:

• 6,000 breeding ewes and 2,500 ewe lambs, focusing on high-value prime lamb production.
• 450 Angus cows, with all progeny finished on a premium grass-fed beef program.
• Lambs and calves from Southern Highlands and Tablelands farms.
• 2,000 acres of Canola and Wheat, achieving well above average yields, complementing the livestock production program.

The Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Farm Manager with a proven track record in both livestock and cropping management. The successful candidate will:

• Lead a team of three full-time staff, mentoring and supporting their growth.
• Liaise with contractors and casual staff.
• Drive the OH&S policies of the business.
• Maintain the property's houses, grounds, infrastructure, plant, and equipment to a high standard.
• Utilise farm recording programs such as Agriwebb and Agworld.
• Provide timely monthly reports.

About You:

• Experienced in livestock and cropping management.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Proficient with farm recording software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Pride in maintaining property aesthetics.
• Preferably hold a Heavy Vehicle Driver's license.
