About the Farm:
This family-owned farming enterprise spans 21,000 acres (8,500 hectares) across two farms. With a primary focus on cotton production, alongside dryland cropping and cattle operations, the business is BMP-accredited and dedicated to innovation and best practices in agriculture.

The Role:

Working as part of a team, you'll assist with the day-to-day operations across all areas of the farm. The work is varied and includes irrigation setup and monitoring, machinery operation, crop and general farm maintenance, and livestock work when required. This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in doing a job well. It's also a great opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in agriculture. You'll learn from an experienced and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain tractors, implements, and irrigation equipment
  • Assist with planting, spraying, and harvesting activities
  • Support irrigation scheduling, water flow, and pump operation
  • General farm maintenance, fencing, and workshop tasks
  • Help with cattle work as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
  • Background in or genuine interest in agriculture, particularly irrigation and broadacre cropping
  • Sound machinery operation or basic mechanical aptitude
  • Current driver's licence
