About the role:

  • Coordinate front‑of‑house duties, admin tasks, travel arrangements, facility bookings & maintain efficient administrative processes.
  • Organise training venues, AV setup, catering and accommodation for STA operations.
  • Provide professional customer service & maintain accurate records in line with RFS/government requirements.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, spreadsheets & social media content
  • Manage purchasing tasks including quotes, raising orders, receipting goods & contributing to policy and procedural reviews.



What We're Looking For

  • Previous administration experience
  • High attention to detail & accuracy in booking and data entry
  • Strong communication skills & a commitment to excellent customer service
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, manage deadlines
  • Confidence using booking systems, spreadsheets etc
