Spinifex Recruiting are seeking a Field Assistant - Core Shed for our Mining Client in West Wyalong, NSW

About the role:

• Great start to a Mining career
• 9 day fortnight roster (5/2, 4/3) or 9/5 roster (need to be flexible to cover leave)
• Day shift only
• 10 hour days
• Assist with exploration work - field sampling, soil sampling, core yard work
• Processing diamond core - meter marking, orientation lines, core photography, core sampling, despatch
• Housekeeping, vehicle cleaning and refueling
• Participate in safety meetings and safety inspections
• General duties as required
• Residential role

About You:

• Must have a current manual drivers licence
• Must have a forklift ticket or willing to obtain one
• Must pass a full police clearance
• Must pass a Pre-employment Medical incl drug & alcohol test
• Have the ability to prioritise work and be self motivated
• Available for an immediate start
