About the Role

We are seeking highly experienced Process Technicians to join the processing team at a well-established Silver, Lead and Zinc mine near Cobar in Central West NSW. This is a key operational role responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality concentrate production.

Working on a 7/7 roster, you'll rotate days and nights, with the option of FIFO from Sydney or DIDO NSW for those based regionally. Accommodation and meals are provided, allowing you to focus on delivering results as part of a skilled processing crew.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor flotation and processing circuits safely and efficiently

• Conduct sampling, troubleshooting, and reporting to meet production targets

• Support a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site standards

• Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams to optimise plant performance

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated flotation processing experience (essential)

• Proven background in base metals processing or similar environments

• Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement

• Ability to work independently and contribute to a high-performing team
