About The Location

Bristol Farming spans 18,000 acres in the fertile Golden Triangle of NSW, with 14,500 acres under cultivation. The property is just 5-10 km from Croppa Creek, a welcoming rural community with a local primary school, mobile preschool, and general store.

About The Role

This is an opportunity for skilled Farm Hands to step into a hands-on role with real responsibility. You'll be involved in all aspects of cropping and grazing, working with state-of-the-art machinery and developing your expertise in a business that values efficiency and forward-thinking farming practices.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of practical farming experience
• A formal agricultural qualification is highly regarded but not essential
• Strong machinery operation and maintenance skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Digital literacy and an interest in ag-tech
• HR Driver's License and ChemCert certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
