Experienced Farm Hand
Job description
About Our Client
This family-owned farming enterprise expertly balances intensive irrigated and dryland cropping with a successful grazing operation. They manage the entire production cycle-from sowing to harvest and transport-using their own fleet of trucks to deliver produce across multiple locations.
About The Location

About The Role
This is an opportunity for skilled Farm Hands to step into a hands-on role with real responsibility. You'll be involved in all aspects of cropping and grazing, working with state-of-the-art machinery and developing your expertise in a business that values efficiency and forward-thinking farming practices.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of practical farming experience
- A formal agricultural qualification is highly regarded but not essential
- Strong machinery operation and maintenance skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Digital literacy and an interest in ag-tech
- HR Driver's License and ChemCert certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
Please note these roles are applicable to Permanent Australian Residents/Citizens only.
