Are you an experienced Executive Recruitment Consultant ready to make an impact in the thriving Northern Rivers region? We are seeking a driven individual to assist our clients with their recruitment and staffing needs. In this growing market with endless opportunities, you'll play a pivotal role in matching top talent with the right organisations.

Responsibilities:

Drive business growth through proactive business development, including cold calling and networking.
Lead the entire recruitment cycle as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish
Establish and maintain positive business and client relationships.
High levels of sourcing and search to match candidates with client vacancies based on skillset and experience
Deliver high quality, time-sensitive recruitment services with speed and accuracy.
Consult and provide recruitment solutions to clients and negotiate terms of business.
Regular face-to-face meetings with clients and candidates at networking events.
Comply with QA standards and procedures
