What we offer

We have contracts spanning from one day, to one week….to twelve months! Depending on what council is looking for, the contracts offer part time, full time or nine-day fortnights. Ideally you are available immediately or within one week to commence.

• Administration - You have proven experience working in an office environment
• Accounts - You are handy with numbers & prefer working in a 'black and white' role
• Reception - You are happy to be front of house! You love greeting people and being the 'link' to other departments
• Recruitment/Sales - You have experience hitting KPIs and doing a great job at it
• Records management - To some, entering data is boring… to you, its therapeutic!

Ideal candidates will also have:

• Exceptional communication skills
• Cash/cheque handling and reconciliations
• A positive attitude adaptable to changing situations
• Strong experience with MS Office
• Efficient data entry speed
• Availability to commence within 2 weeks
• Two recent professional references
