Our Client

Outcross Systems is Australia's leading provider of technology solutions to the livestock sector, servicing over 2000 Producers, Agencies and Saleyards. Their software helps to manage the end-to-end data collection and transaction management involved in one of Australia's most significant agricultural industry areas.

The Opportunity

Outcross Systems is embarking on an exciting phase of development to renew their technology platform and products. Our client is dedicated to enhancing the customer experience, and to support this goal, they are seeking to expand their customer service and support team.

This position can be based in either Armidale NSW or Brisbane QLD, and candidates from both locations are encouraged to apply.

The Role

As a member of their Support Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support to primary producer customers through various channels, including telephone, email, and screen sharing. We are seeking an individual who can integrate their practical, interpersonal, and technical skills to become a subject matter expert, providing support for the 'Stockbook' platform.

To be eligible for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

· Experience or knowledge of the role of data collection in business or the livestock industry.

· Prior exposure to Livestock or Agriculture industries.

· Proficient in use of data collection software and information technology skills.

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly.
